Happy Harlequin uses the contact and event details you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your booking. Please don’t include sensitive information or children’s full names.

Enquiries are stored securely with Cloudflare and delivered using Resend to our Microsoft email mailbox. These providers process information to operate the website and email service. We do not add you to a marketing list.

We keep enquiry details while discussing and arranging your event. Contact hello@happyharlequin.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion of your details. Some booking records may need to be retained for business record keeping.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals to protect the enquiry form from automated abuse. Your IP address is passed to the verification service but is not stored with your enquiry. Hashed email identifiers and sending counters limit repeat acknowledgement emails; they are used only for abuse prevention.
